Snowy weather is in full swing across Northern Ireland and the rest of the UK this week, and there are plenty of things to do around the area to help you capture a few minutes of the sun.

Where to go in Northern France: La Dix-la-Même Snowy weather will continue to roll across Northern France this week with snow levels in the low to mid 20s.
In the south, the low temperature is forecast to fall to a low of 16C (50F) on Wednesday morning.
However, by mid-afternoon the temperature is expected to be in the mid-30s.
The north is also expected to receive some sunshine, with the high temperature forecast to be around 10C (41F) at the start of the week.
By late afternoon the high will be in excess of 15C (43F).
La Sainte-Mère-Étienne, a small village in the Ardennes mountains, is the most popular spot to go for a picnic.
The village sits on the shores of the Seine river and is home to a host of different cafes, restaurants, and bars, which are popular with locals.
Snowfall is forecast from 10am to 4pm on Wednesday.
This will bring snowfall of around 5cm (2in) and winds of 15mph (27km/h).
The weather will improve by late afternoon and evening, with some snow falling in the morning.
Toulouse and the Rhône valley: In northern France, snowfall is expected in the vicinity of 8cm (4in) by Wednesday evening.
A light dusting of snow is expected, and the cold air is expected as the temperatures drop.
Winds are forecast to decrease further by late evening.
Haut-Loup, the French capital, is also looking to receive a little bit of sunshine this week.
On Tuesday, temperatures are forecast at around 10-12C (38-43F) with winds of 12mph (21km/g).
By mid-day, the temperature should be around 15C(49F).
Paris will also be seeing a little more sunshine this weekend.
Rain will begin to fall in the evening hours on Wednesday, with temperatures in the high 20s and low 30s.
The low is expected at around 4pm.
Haiti, which is the third most populated country in the world, is looking to get a bit of sun this week as well.
Temperatures in the upper 20s (8-10C (42-46F) are forecast with gusts up to 35km/hour.
With temperatures expected to drop to around 10 C (42F), it will be windy and chilly.
Copenhagen will be looking to have some sunshine this Sunday with temperatures expected at the low 40s.
By nightfall the temperature will be around 20C (68F).
The weather pattern will remain a bit different to the rest, with gusty winds, but the weather will remain cloudy.
Touloumbare, the centre of southern France, is expecting a bit more sunshine as well, with highs expected to reach between 10 and 15C.
There are some areas in the Alps where the temperature could be even warmer, with wind gusts of 35-40km/hr.
Monte-Carlo, a town in the Val d’Isere mountains, has a very sunny, cool weather this weekend with a temperature of around 8C (40F).
On Wednesday evening, temperatures will be expected to average around 8 C (40-42F) with gusts reaching up to 45km/s.
Winds will drop to a minimum around 4 pm, with a gust of 35km-h (22mph).
Monasteries in central France are also looking for some sunshine as this weekend is likely to be the warmest for the year.
It is expected that the temperature in the region will reach around 10 degrees C (46F), with the wind blowing in from the south.
On Thursday, the weather pattern should be a bit warmer than this with gustier winds.
Pleasant weather is expected for Friday.
Fires in the mountains are expected to blaze for the first time in a week on Friday.
The temperatures will stay between 7-10 degrees C(45-49F) and the winds will drop from the north.
Rome will also get a little sunshine this Saturday.
