In a recent blog post, Avalanche wrote that Snow Mountain would be the first of several “game-focused apps” that it hopes to develop for both mobile and desktop platforms.
Avalanche Studios’ upcoming game, Avalanche Avalanche, is due out on iOS, Android, and the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One platforms later this month.
For those unfamiliar with the game, it’s a strategy-focused RPG that pits players against other players online.
Avalanche’s first release was a single-player game for iOS in 2011, which was followed by the Avalanche Avalanche: Warzone in 2013, which has since sold more than 150 million copies.
The game has since been ported to Android, PlayStation 4, and Xbox.
In 2017, Avalanche announced a new version of Avalanche Avalanche that will be free to play.
Avalanche Avalanche has also developed a mobile version, Avalanche: Warriors, which is currently available on iOS.
