A snow storm on the Great Salt Lake is expected to bring down snow, heavy downpours and flooding.
The National Weather Service issued a snow storm warning for much of Utah.
The snow storm will dump up to five inches of snow on parts of the state.
The first snow storm of the season is expected Saturday night, the weather service said.
The storm will make travel and public accommodations more difficult, and make driving for at least part of the area more difficult.
Heavy snow is expected from Saturday evening through the morning hours.
A snowfall of five inches or more is expected, according to the National Weather Services.
Snow showers are possible in parts of Utah from Monday through Wednesday.
Snowmageddon is forecast for Sunday and into Monday.
